I loved coffee.
I mean, I really, really loved coffee.
And the abundance of fru-fru creamers I had to choose from, especially all the fun seasonal ones.
But then came Celiac, which outlawed a lot of the creamers.
Then came acid reflux which outlawed the coffee altogether.
Which was good because the caffine was making me a little nuts.
So I found Chai concentrate and fell in love with that.
And they make it in decaf.
But then I found out tea is not good for reflux, either.
I was starting to get a little edgy.
I need something in the morning to open my eyes a little. There's something alluring about a hot mug of...something...in the morning.
So, here is my morning indulgence...
Pumpkin Pie Spiced Vanilla Almond Milk with Chai
One cup of Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk
A splash of Tazo's Decaf Chai concentrate (I've found if I adhere to the rest of my reflux diet, I can get away with a small amount of this)
Sprinkle Spice Islands' Pumpkin Pie Spice on top
Microwave for 1minute 40 seconds.
Yummy Fall beverage.
